Shellfish Labourer [NOC 9618]

Job Description Main Duties:

• Assist with harvesting the prawns and shrimp
• Assist with preparing and packaging of prawns and shrimps for shipment
• Move prawns and shrimp by hand or forklift truck to work area for processing
• Weigh prawns and shrimp, record weight and pack prawns and shrimp in ice
• Sort prawns and shrimp according to weight and destination
• clean work areas and equipment
