About the position

Tasks

Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes and foods, and authentic Vietnamese Cuisine dishes, specifically pho noodle soup and chicken noodle pho soup
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances such as request for dietitian, gluten free meals and food allergies
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements

Trade Certificate or diploma in Cooking and related culinary arts, general or equivalent experience
Must have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience
Must know how to cook pho, chicken noodle pho, and other Vietnamese dishes
Be able to work evenings and weekends
Be attention to detail oriented
Be able to work in fast-paced environment
Be able to do physically demanding task, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods of time and work under pressure
Be dependable, flexible, takes initiative, has judgment, organized, reliable and a team player
